How to Use:

1. Position the sharpening rod vertically point down on a suitable surface.
2. Maintain an angle of approximately 20 degrees between the knife blade and sharpening rod.
3. Place the heel of the knife blade at the top of the sharpening rod and push the knife downward along the rod while pulling it towards you from heel to tip.
4. Repeat the action on the opposite side of the knife blade until sharp.
